Fotini Costopoulos

Fotini Costopoulos currently serves as the Global Head of Value Excellence at ServiceNow since June 2021. Prior to this role, Fotini held various positions at SAP, including Vice President of Industry Value Advisory at SAP Canada, where leadership involved guiding teams on digital transformation journeys and facilitating business outcome identification. Fotini also led the value engineering practice in Eastern Canada and delivered comprehensive business process solutions across multiple industries, earning recognition as MVP for the SAP Canada Managing Director Award in 2014. Earlier career experiences include roles at Capgemini and Interfax Systems, focusing on account management and business development. Fotini holds an MBA from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Université de Montréal - École polytechnique de Montréal.
