Gautam Singaraju

Gautam Singaraju is a Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer at ServiceNow since June 2021, focusing on generative AI enterprise applications and developing features such as Chat Summarization and ITSM Change Risk Management. Prior to this role, Gautam served as a Consulting Member of Technical Staff at Oracle from February 2016 to June 2021, contributing to the Oracle Digital Assistant platform. Experience also includes a position as a Senior Architect at GE Software from October 2014 to January 2016, where system designs for analyzing time-series data were created, and as a Software Engineering Lead at Electronic Arts from March 2012 to October 2014, supporting analytics for a wide range of games.
