Heath Ramsey

Heath Ramsey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and enablement across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Platform Outbound Product Management at ServiceNow since January 2013, Heath has held several senior roles focused on product and performance analytics. Prior to ServiceNow, Heath worked at BlueCat Networks, where the role as Director of Global Enablement involved creating programs to enhance sales and support capabilities. Experience at Symantec included directing consulting services and operational standardization initiatives. At Altiris, Heath promoted redesigning the consulting organization and delivered numerous high-rated engagements. Early career involved roles at Novell and Duke University in network administration and user services, complemented by a BSE in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Duke University.
