Joe Gallagher

Joe Gallagher is currently the Director of Sales for the Public Sector at ServiceNow, a position held since March 2025. Previously, Joe served as EVP of Global Sales at Innovapptive Inc from May 2024 to March 2025, and as Vice President of Enterprise Sales at ServiceMax from March 2021 to May 2024, contributing to global leadership in asset-centric field service management. Joe also held the Vice President role for Enterprise Sales at PTC during the same period. Joe's career at ServiceNow began in September 2014 as the Director of Commercial Sales, where innovative approaches transformed everyday work for modern enterprises. Educational background includes degrees in Grit from Temple University and West Catholic High School.
