Laxmi Vadlamani

Laxmi Vadlamani is an experienced Engineering Manager at ServiceNow since February 2016, where responsibilities have included serving as QA Manager for People Technology and leading QA efforts in areas such as HRIS and Workday HCM. Laxmi has a strong background in both manual and automated testing with expertise in developing test plans and QA strategies for various ServiceNow products. Prior to ServiceNow, Laxmi worked as a QA Consultant at Visa from October 2014 to January 2016, focusing on mobile app testing using technologies like Ruby and Selenium. Laxmi's career also includes a role as QA Engineer/Lead at Skava Inc, delivering testing solutions for major retail clients while managing offshore teams. Laxmi holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Osmania University.
