Leela Krishna has extensive experience in digital technology and product management, currently serving as a Senior Portfolio Manager at ServiceNow since December 2017, focusing on AI, insights, and transformational programs. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Digital Technology Program Management, where Leela led CPQ transformation initiatives, and Senior Information Technology Program Manager overseeing critical projects across various business functions. Previously, at Oracle from February 2001 to December 2017, Leela held several senior management positions, driving the development of multiple releases for Oracle’s product hubs and customer data management systems. Leela possesses an MBA from Armstrong University and is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), with additional education in AI business strategies from the University of California, Berkeley.
