Mary Randall

Mary Randall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development, change management, and education. Currently serving as Senior Manager, AI Learning Business Partner at ServiceNow since October 2023, Mary leads AI learning initiatives and collaborates with various stakeholders to address skill gaps. In addition to this role, Mary has been an Adjunct Professor at the University of San Diego since January 2022 and previously held the position of Senior Manager Change Management/Enablement Communications. With a strong background in human performance, Mary held several leadership roles at Excelerate and BD, focusing on training solutions and performance consulting. Earlier in her career, Mary was involved in organizational development at TrendSource, where responsibilities included driving change initiatives and enhancing employee engagement.
