Masatoshi Suzuki

Masatoshi Suzuki was appointed as President of ServiceNow Japan in January 2023.

ServiceNow has long positioned Japan as its most important market, and now that ServiceNow Japan itself has taken on greater management responsibility, the entire company will support customers in Japan to realize their digital transformation.

Suzuki has served as multiple leadership roles at Oracle and SAP responsible for the company's platform business and strategic industries such as financial services, telecommunications, public sector and utility industry; after serving as Japan country manager of Symantec, he has served as Director and Chief Revenue Officer of UiPath Japan from December 2019, leading the entire UiPath Japan business.

As a senior leader in the IT industry, Suzuki has more than 20 years of experience contributing to transformational business growth in various phases.

Suzuki holds a B.A. in International Political Economy, Aoyama Gakuin University and is based in Tokyo with his wife and son.
