Noah Kotch

Noah Kotch is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles, particularly in the realms of data management and enterprise architecture. Currently serving as Principal Success Architect at ServiceNow since November 2022, Noah previously held several senior positions at Credit Acceptance from September 2011 to January 2022, including Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Product Management and Information Technology. Responsibilities at Credit Acceptance encompassed the architecture and oversight of enterprise data warehouses, business intelligence applications, and various financial and human resources systems. Prior to that, Noah served at Ally Financial Inc. as Sr. IT Manager of Data Services and at Flagstar Bank in various IT management roles. An educational background includes a Master’s degree in Teaching from Wayne State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and History from Michigan State University.
