Rita Chung

Rita Chung is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and strategic operations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Retail Product at ServiceNow since June 2022, Rita previously held the role of Senior Director of Strategic Product and Platform Operations at the same company. Prior to ServiceNow, Rita worked at McKinsey & Company in various capacities, including Engagement Manager and Associate, contributing to strategic initiatives from August 2015 to April 2021. Rita's early career includes positions as a Research Assistant at Harvard's Belfer Center and involvement in multiple roles at the Harvard Kennedy School, culminating in a Master of Public Policy degree. Rita also has a background in regional program management for the HSBC Water Programme and Climate Partnership and has held marketing leadership roles at Time Out Beijing & Time Out Shanghai. Rita holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from UCL and an International Baccalaureate from United World College of the Adriatic.
