Sandhya Dharani, CPA, MST, ACCA, is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in international tax compliance and planning. Currently serving as a Senior International Tax Analyst at ServiceNow since May 2023, Sandhya has previously held similar positions at Groupon and Netflix, where responsibilities included US international tax compliance, reporting, and planning related to Subpart F, GILTI, and OECD frameworks. Earlier experience includes roles at Zynga as a Senior Tax Accountant and Deloitte as a Supervising Corporate Tax Consultant, with foundational work in audit and tax advisory at FTC Corporate & Tax Advisory Pte Ltd. Sandhya holds a Master of Science in Taxation from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Management from the University of London, complemented by a Diploma in Biomedical Sciences from Republic Polytechnic.
