Saroj Kumar is a Principal Platform Architect at ServiceNow since February 2020, specializing in design analysis, configuration reviews, and technical best practices to enhance platform performance and user experience. Prior roles include Solutions Architect at Zensar Technologies, where Saroj managed end-to-end process design and implementation in ServiceNow, and Service Owner at Diageo, focusing on ITIL process improvement. With over 12 years of experience in IT service management across various companies including Dell EMC, Microland Limited, Ericsson, Capgemini, and HCL Technologies, Saroj has extensive expertise in ITIL processes, application integrations, and ServiceNow customizations. Saroj holds a Master of Technology in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and an Engineer’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha.
