Shane Talbot

Shane Talbot is an experienced professional in the cybersecurity and data science fields, currently serving as an Advisory Solution Consultant for both Security Operations and IT Operations Management at ServiceNow since July 2022. Shane's past roles include Lead Instructor at edX, Director of Cybersecurity and Data Science Programs at ThriveDX, and various leadership positions in SIEM engineering at Proficio and other organizations. Notable achievements include managing global teams in the development and support of cybersecurity platforms, designing educational courses for over 20 universities, and providing high-level service delivery for Fortune 100 clients. Shane holds a Master’s Degree in Data Analytics and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Networking and Security from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
