Shraddha Naik is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in managing HR functions across various regions. Currently serving as Director Human Resources Business Partner for India & JAPAC at ServiceNow since November 2024, Shraddha previously held the position of Director Human Resources for the Asia Pacific Japan region at SAP from April 2013 to September 2024, where responsibilities included aligning people strategies with market objectives. Before SAP, Shraddha worked as an Assistant Manager in International HR at Utopia Global, Inc. and as a Senior Human Resource Executive at Attra Infotech Pvt Ltd.
