Tiffany Hindman

Tiffany Hindman is a seasoned professional in talent sourcing and recruitment, currently holding the position of Senior Director of Global Talent Sourcing, Intelligence & Engagement at ServiceNow since July 2022. Previously, at The Walt Disney Company, Tiffany served as the Head of Technical Talent Sourcing & Research, leading initiatives in technical sourcing for the entire enterprise. Tiffany’s extensive experience also includes a principal role in executive search at Medtronic, focusing on high-level positions across technology and operations. Earlier roles featured technical recruiting at Space Exploration Technologies and Medtronic, as well as executive search consulting for Fortune 500 companies. Tiffany began their career with an internship at the Smithsonian Institution and holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from UC Santa Barbara.
