Vishy Gopalakrishnan

Vishy Gopalakrishnan is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in driving transformation and innovation across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Transformation Officer at ServiceNow since March 2022, Vishy previously held multiple leadership roles at AT&T, including Vice President of Transformation, where responsibilities encompassed developing IT transformation strategies and enhancing user experiences. Vishy also led initiatives in ecosystem and innovation, managing global innovation centers and engaging with numerous startups. Earlier experience includes key positions at SAP, Nokia, and Capgemini, with a strong focus on mobility solutions and strategic developments. Vishy holds an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of South Carolina and a B.E. in Computer Engineering from Shivaji University, and is co-author of a best-selling book on business mobility.
