Thomas Addison is the CEO and Co-Founder of ServiceOcean AG, a company that enhances customer behavior in service centers through intelligent call management systems. Since July 2013, Thomas has played a pivotal role in transforming inbound and outbound telephony. In addition to this leadership position, Thomas serves as a guest lecturer in SaaS Management at FHGR Fachhochschule Graubünden and in Entrepreneurship at OST – Ostschweizer Fachhochschule. Previous academic engagements include teaching Best Practices at the University of St.Gallen until December 2023. Thomas has extensive experience in the SAP domain, having worked as a SAP Solution Consultant at Process Partner AG, where large-scale Business Intelligence solutions were implemented, and as a Global IT Project Manager at Hilti, managing substantial SAP ERP and BW roll-outs. Thomas also has a background in IT system analysis and research at SAP and Boehringer Ingelheim. Educational qualifications include a Diplom in Wirtschaftsinformatik from the University of Mannheim and further studies at Lancaster University.
