Karin Maria Schertler

Karin Maria Schertler is the current General Manager of People & Culture at Serviceplan Group. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director of Mediaplus Group and Mediaplus CRM Consulting. Karin was also a founding member of the startup. Schertler has also held the position of Managing Director at Serviceplan ONE, where they were responsible for new business, consulting portfolio, client services, process-design, people & culture, and P&L responsibility. Karin Maria Schertler specializes in finance & insurance, FMCG, telecommunication, and loyalty programms.

Karin Maria Schertler has a double degree in Diplom-Betriebswirtin & BA (Hons) European Business Studies, with a focus in Marketing & Finance. Karin also has certification as an inhouse trainer in "7 habits of highly effective people" (Stephen R. Covey) and as a yoga teacher (US Yoga Alliance standard).
