Alex Palmer

Alex Palmer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Currently, they are working as a Regional Sales Manager at ServicePower, where they are responsible for managing sales in a specific region. Prior to this, Alex worked as a Customer Success Manager at the same company, where they nurtured relationships with enterprise clients and facilitated upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Before joining ServicePower, Alex worked as an Adjunct Professor at the Central Pennsylvania Institute of Science and Technology, where they taught courses on Customer Service, Leadership, and Technical Writing. Alex Palmer attended Fairfield High School from 2002 to 2006. After completing high school, they went on to study at Penn State University from 2006 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations. In 2017, Alex returned to Penn State University to pursue a Master of Education - M.Ed. degree in Curriculum and Instruction, which they completed in 2019.
