Victoria Merritt has a diverse work experience in various roles. Victoria started as a Data Coordinator at Smith & Nephew Orthopaedics in 2016, where they processed patient case documents and maintained a filing system. In 2018, they worked as a Shipping Coordinator at Milwaukee Tool, where they coordinated with operations, customers, and freight carriers for shipping and retrieval of freight. Victoria then interned as a Desktop Support Analyst at Bryce Corporation, where they triaged SharePoint issues and created SharePoint sites. In 2019, they worked as an IT Applications Analyst at Sedgwick, where they created performance reports and performed data analysis. Most recently, in 2020, they joined ServicePower as a Level 3 Product Support Specialist.

Victoria Merritt attended Germantown High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma. After completing high school, they enrolled at The University of Memphis, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Information Technology. Victoria completed their degree in 2019. In November 2017, Victoria also obtained a certification as a Microsoft Office Specialist in Excel 2016 from Microsoft.
