Amanda Fernandez

Amanda Fernandez is an experienced Application Support Engineer currently employed at ServiceRocket since July 2020, having previously held the same position at Atlassian from May 2018 to June 2020. Prior to this, Amanda worked as an IT Automation Engineer at Intel Corporation from January 2017 to April 2018 and showcased leadership skills as a Desktop Specialist (Team Lead) at Altera from August 2012 to December 2016. Amanda holds a Master's degree in Instructional Multimedia from Universiti Sains Malaysia (2014-2016) and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Universiti Malaysia Sabah (2008-2012).
