Surendren Sivaraj

Surendren Sivaraj is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Support Operations Implementation Specialist and Technical Support Engineer at Docker, Inc. since November 2021. Prior to this, Surendren worked as an Associate Support Engineer at ServiceRocket and gained experience as a Service Center Analyst at Thomas Duryea Logicalis, configuring user accounts and troubleshooting software issues. Surendren also held the position of IT Analyst at DXC Technology, providing first-level support and managing incident escalations. Earlier roles include Infrastructure Engineer at Macro Kiosk Berhad, Bootcamper intern at ServiceRocket, and an Information Technology intern at WL Planners Sdn Bhd. Surendren holds a Bachelor of Information Technology (Hons.) in Data Communications and Networking from Multimedia University, completed in 2017.
