Yong-Chong, Long is a Senior Engineer and UX Chapter Lead at ServiceRocket since May 2014, where responsibilities include mentoring junior engineers, leading technical initiatives, and facilitating knowledge sharing through code reviews and documentation. Prior experience includes working as an Agile Developer focusing on Atlassian Confluence Server apps and employing agile methodologies, and as a Web Developer at 8verstudio, specializing in WordPress development and iOS applications. Additionally, Yong-Chong served as an Application Engineer at eBworx, developing Java EE web applications for banking clients. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Information Technology (Hons) in Computer Engineering from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman obtained between 2008 and 2011.
