Krista McBeth

Krista McBeth, CFA has a strong background in human resources and talent operations. Krista is currently serving as the VP of People Operations at ServiceTitan since March 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of VP of Talent Operations at Shopify from October 2016 to March 2022. Krista worked as the Head of Global Rewards & HRIS at ShawCor from June 2014 to October 2016. Before that, they were the Manager of Total Rewards at Kinross Gold Corporation from January 2011 to June 2014.
