Lane Thomas Aikin

Lane Thomas Aikin is an experienced talent acquisition manager currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition (Technical) at ServiceTitan since February 2020. In this role, Lane oversees an international team of seven individual contributors and achieves over 20 technical hires monthly while also having previously operated as a Technical Executive Recruiter. Lane's expertise includes stakeholder management, reporting, and aligning strategy priorities with C-suite executives. Prior experience includes roles at Red Bull Media House, Boingo Wireless, BuzzFeed, OpenX, Cloudera, and Telenav, among others, with a proven track record in recruiting technical talent across various sectors. Lane holds a dual degree in Music and Rhetoric & Film Studies from Whitman College, graduating Cum Laude.
