Laura Cross

Laura Cross has extensive experience in event planning and management. Laura is currently working as the Director of Events at ServiceTitan since November 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Manager, Event Marketing at ServiceTitan from October 2021 to November 2023. Before joining ServiceTitan, Laura worked at KPMG from 2012 to 2021, where they started as a Meeting Coordinator and progressed to roles such as Associate, Senior Associate, and eventually Manager of Events & Meetings. In 2012, they briefly worked at Buses2 LLC as an Event Planner/Manager. Laura started their career in 2011 as an Assistant Event Manager at Evention Inc.

Laura Cross earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a focus on Accounting and International Business from Villanova University between 2009 and 2012. Additionally, they obtained an Inbound Marketing Certification from HubSpot in November 2020 and a Coaching and Developing Employees certification from LinkedIn in 2020.
