Leanna Lilly has a decade of experience in the field of benefits and wellness. Leanna has worked for various organizations, including ServiceTitan, where they currently hold the position of Director, Benefits & Mobility. Prior to this, Leanna worked as the Global Benefits and Wellness Manager at Bird, managing employee benefits and perks for a rapidly growing workforce across 53 locations worldwide. Leanna also served as a Health Management Consultant at Keenan, providing consulting services to clients of varying sizes. Leanna has also held positions at MemorialCare, the University of California, Riverside, and Eastern Kentucky University, where they specialized in benefits and wellness programs.

Leanna Lilly has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from the University of Kentucky, which they obtained in 2006. Leanna then went on to earn a Master of Science (MS) in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University from 2006 to 2008. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Exercise and Wellness from Eastern Kentucky University, completing it in 2013. In 2008, Leanna obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI.
