Malcolm Collins is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the technology and transportation industries. At ServiceTitan since June 2018, Malcolm has held multiple roles, culminating in the position of Senior Commercial Sales Manager, where achievements include being a two-time recipient of the ServiceTitan Founders Club. Malcolm contributed significantly to the establishment of the Lead Development Department, developing initiatives such as hiring models, an onboarding and training program, a department playbook, and performance management tools. Prior to ServiceTitan, Malcolm served as an Account Executive at Enterprise Holdings, focusing on certified used vehicle sales, and held various managerial roles at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where operational efficiency and customer service were prioritized. Malcolm’s academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Point Loma Nazarene University.
