Martin Tapp

Martin Tapp has a strong background in software architecture and engineering. Martin is currently working as the Principal Software Architect for ServiceTitan, where they focus on the company's product development. Prior to this, they worked at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) as a Senior Principal Architect of AI & Data Science, where they played a key role in the development of AI and data science solutions. Before that, Martin worked at Kronos Incorporated as an Advanced Research Architect and a Senior Research Engineer, where they were responsible for the Big Data platform and architecture, as well as applying machine learning techniques to workforce management problems. Martin also has experience in product architecture and development, having worked at CAE as a Product Architect and Lead, where they oversaw engineering product architecture and led research initiatives. Additionally, Martin has teaching experience as a Case Study Teacher at McGill University and early career experience as a Software Developer at Research Center in Applied Computing (CERCA) and MAYA Heat Transfer Technologies Ltd.
