Ortensia Papa has extensive experience in quality management and student recruitment, currently serving as Manager of Quality Management at ServiceTitan since January 2018, with a progressive career path including roles such as Supervisor, Quality Process Manager, and Sr Quality Analyst. Prior to ServiceTitan, Ortensia worked at KIPP LA Schools from July 2013 to July 2017, managing student recruitment for over 5,600 students and facilitating strategic marketing initiatives. Ortensia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hispanic-American, Puerto Rican, and Mexican-American/Chicano Studies from UC Santa Barbara, completed in 2013.
