Scott Booth

Scott Booth has extensive experience in the legal field, holding various roles at different companies. Scott is currently the VP, Deputy General Counsel at ServiceTitan since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Stripe from June 2017 to October 2022, where they led and scaled teams responsible for capital raising, M&A, and corporate governance across different regions. Scott also has experience in securities and M&A, having served as Assistant General Counsel and Corporate Counsel at LendingClub from 2015 to 2017. Scott began their career as an Associate at Sutherland from February 2011 to May 2015. Scott has also interned at Chadbourne & Parke LLP, U.S. District Court, and the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Scott Booth holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business. Scott also obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Suffolk University Law School. Furthermore, Scott holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Taxation from the New York University School of Law. In addition to their educational qualifications, they have several certifications including Advanced Ground Instructor (AGI), Commercial Pilot, Flight Instructor (CFI), Massachusetts Bar, New York State Bar, RYT 200 (Yoga Alliance), and Registered in-house counsel (State Bar of California).
