Zoey Zhang

Zoey (Zhenghe) Zhang is a Senior Product Designer at ServiceTitan since July 2023, with prior experience as a Senior Product Designer at Twilio from May 2022 to February 2023, where competitive research and user interviews informed product development. Zoey served as UX Design Lead at OneTrust from February 2019 to May 2022, directing a team of designers in the UX design of Data Discovery & Governance offerings. Earlier roles include UX Designer at Networx, focusing on the redesign of an internal CRM tool, and Visual Designer at Agency Matrix, enhancing a payroll management tool and producing marketing content. Zoey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in New Media Arts from Kennesaw State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Animation from North China University of Technology.
