Alexei Saveliev has a long and varied work experience. Alexei began their career in 1997 as a Network Engineer at Orange. Alexei then moved on to Creative Metaforms, a US startup, as a Software Engineer in 1999. In 2000, they became a Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Alexei then worked as a Consultant at IBM and Accenture in 2003. In 2005, they founded and served as Principal of a Value-added Mobile Service Provider, where they negotiated and secured strategic partnerships with multiple content providers. In 2014, they founded and served as Principal of an Eyewear Manufacturer and Retailer. In 2017, they worked as a Project Author at Cryptany, where they conceived the platform and the business model, wrote the project white paper, built the entire project team, designed the product, and built the initial version of the platform. In 2019, they worked as a Lead Technologist at Russian Railways. Finally, in 2020, they became a Corporate Development Consultant at ServiceWhale.com.

Alexei Saveliev's education history includes a Master of Science (MS) in Information Technology from Bauman Moscow State Technical University, which they earned from 1994 to 2000. From 2015 to 2017, they attended Harvard Business School, and in 2018 they attended Moscow Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, where they studied Artificial Intelligence, Big Data and Machine Learning. In 2019, they attended Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, where they studied Digital Economics and Digital Transformation of Business.
