Francisco Javier Merino Grau

Francisco Javier Merino Grau is a seasoned lawyer with extensive experience in tax law and civil litigation. Currently employed at Servicio de Impuestos Internos (Chilean Tax Administration) since April 2017, Francisco has previously held positions as an independent lawyer and as an associate lawyer at Cabello, Letonja Tax Attorneys, specializing in tax consultancy and litigation. Additional experience includes work as an associate at Ossa, Izcué y Montes Attorneys at Law and various academic roles, including an assistant in the Procedural Law Department at Universidad de Chile. Francisco has collaborated on legal publications and holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Public Policy from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a Master in Taxation, and a Bachelor of Laws from Universidad de Chile.
