Ilia Chtcherbakov

Ilia Chtcherbakov is an experienced technology professional with a focus on systems analysis and application development. Since November 2004, Ilia has served as Jefe Area Middleware and Ingeniero de Sistemas at Servicio de Impuestos Internos, specializing in the development of Internet applications for tax declaration systems and leading the IVA Declaration System Optimization project. Prior experience includes working as an Analista de Sistemas de Información at ASMAR, where Ilia contributed to the SIIG OMEGA system, and as an Analista Programador at Infotec Ltda., focusing on client-server applications for Microsoft SQL Server. Ilia holds a degree as Ingeniero Radiofísico in Radiofísica y Electrónica from Moscow Power Engineering Institute, completed in 1997.
