Elisa Llanas is an experienced professional currently serving as Gerente Procesos de Negocio at Innovasport since January 2022 and as Jefe de Proyectos at JAVER since August 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing project management and business processes. Elisa holds a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management from UTM, completed between 2012 and 2014, as well as an Engineer's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, obtained from 2006 to 2010.
