Susan Pandya

Susan Pandya is the current head of cancer metabolism at Servier Pharmaceuticals. Susan has over twenty years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specializing in oncology and immuno-oncology. Prior to their current position, they served as vice president of clinical development at Agios Pharmaceuticals from 2016 to 2021. From 2012 to 2015, they were the senior director of medical research at Acceleron Pharma, where they were the medical lead on the development of oncology assets. Susan has also worked as an independent physician reviewer at WorldCare Clinical, LLC and as a consultant editor at DynaMed. In addition to their work in the pharmaceutical industry, they have also served as an instructor in medicine at Harvard Medical School and as the associate director of the experimental therapeutics program at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.

Susan Pandya's educational career began with their earning their high school diploma from Choate Rosemary Hall. Susan then went on to earn their Bachelor of Arts in Physiological Psychology/Psychobiology from Boston College. Finally, they earned their Doctor of Medicine from Tufts University School of Medicine. In addition to their degrees, Susan also has certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in Hematology, Internal Medicine, and Oncology.

Susan Pandya reports to David K. Lee, CEO. They are on a team with Pedro Crisanto - COO, R&D, Kelly Schlemm - Head, Communications & Public Affairs, and Danielle Button - Head, Finance.
