Irene Pérez

Irene Pérez has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in corporate development, risk analysis, financial planning and analysis, property accounting, business consulting, and corporate finance. Irene began their career as an Accounting Assistant at Saint-Gobain Cristalería in 2006. Irene then worked as a Business Consultant at GMS Management Solutions before joining Ernst & Young as a Corporate Finance professional in 2008. Irene joined GE Capital Real Estate in 2009 as a Property Accountant and then held roles in Financial Planning and Analysis, Iberia Portfolio Strategy, and Risk Analysis. In 2015, they joined PwC's Corporate Finance RE team before becoming part of Servihabitat in 2016, initially as an Associate in Corporate Development and then as the Director of Corporate Development in 2019.

Irene Pérez has a Master's degree in Finance from Comillas Pontifical University, which they obtained from 2007 to 2008. Irene also holds a degree in Business Administration from Carlos III University, which they completed from 2003 to 2007. In addition, Irene completed a program for Management Development, specifically the PDD, at IESE Business School from 2019 to 2020. Irene also participated in a course on Building models and Project Finance Analysis at the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles in 2014.
