Ben Gidaro

Ben Gidaro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate development and strategic consulting within the healthcare and life sciences sectors. Currently serving as a consultant at Tribridge Consulting since December 2021, Gidaro advises seed-stage and venture-backed startups, specializing in strategy, operations, and financial planning. Prior roles include Director of Corporate Development and Associate Director of Business Insights at Syneos Health from March 2023 to July 2025, and various positions at Sema4 from September 2019 to December 2021, where responsibilities included pharma strategy and operations.
