Carmen Valle Palmero

Carmen Valle Palmero is an experienced Project Manager in the BPO sector currently working at Servinform since October 2020, focusing on project definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of operational quality. Previously, Carmen held various roles at Sonepar Ibérica, including Engineering of Purchasing and Commercial Development, where responsibilities included building client relationships and supplier evaluation. Carmen also served as a Key Account Manager for PYV Tecnología, managing large accounts and coordinating business development in the EMEA and LATAM regions, along with sales consultancy experience. Earlier positions included commercial technical roles at Nicsa (Abengoa) and financial advising at OVB Allfinance España, with a foundational experience in customer service at TK MAXX. Carmen holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad de Granada and is currently pursuing a degree in Strategic Project Management from IE Business School.
