Karin Hallén has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Karin started their career at Exit Marketing in 1993, where they worked as a Sales/Teamleader/Projectleader until 1998. Karin then joined Convergys AB/Ingroup AB and held the position of Kundansvarig/Platschef until 2004. During their time at Convergys, Karin successfully resolved customer issues and was eventually promoted to the role of Chief of Staff in Stockholm.

In 2004, Karin joined Manpower AB as a Production Coordinator, where they were responsible for planning and coordinating production for both telemarketing and customer service contact centers. Karin collaborated with team leaders, project managers, and account managers to achieve planning and reporting goals.

In 2011, Karin joined Danfoss VLT Drives as an Internal Sales Manager, overseeing the development and supply of AC drives. Karin then joined Väderstad AB in 2012 as a Sales Support, where they educated salesmen within the CRM system and streamlined their sales processes.

In 2015, Karin was brought on board at Centric Sweden as a Manager IT Services Nordic. Their role involved overseeing production processes and ensuring they were correct, cost-effective, and timely in alignment with specifications and quality requirements. Karin continued their role until 2017 when they transitioned to the recruitment field.

From 2017 to 2019, Karin worked at Centric Sweden in recruitment. Karin then joined Adecco in 2019 as a Regional Branch Manager, a position they held until 2020.

Most recently, Karin has been working at Servistore as a Customer Support Manager since December 2020.

Karin Hallén has a diverse education history. In 1986 to 1989, they attended St Lars, where they did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. From 1993 to 1995, Karin studied at Linköping University, focusing on Personal och Arbetsvetenskap but did not receive a degree. In 1999, they attended LMI to study Organizational Leadership but did not complete a degree. In 2002, Karin briefly studied NLP but again did not obtain a degree.
