Carol Brookson

Carol Brookson has over two decades of experience in customer care management, currently serving as the Global Customer Care Manager at Servomex Group Ltd since 2004. Previously held the position of Customer Service Manager within the same company. Carol earned a BSc Hons in Physical Science from Coventry University between 1976 and 1980.
