Lauren Sparks

Lauren Sparks has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Lauren started their career as an Undergraduate Student Researcher in the Department of Chemistry at Hamline University in 2013 and continued to gain research experience in the same field until 2015. Lauren then worked as a Technical Writer on a contract basis for UCare before moving on to a position as a Claims Representative at Travelers in 2015-2016.

In 2016, Lauren joined Aeritae as an Associate Consultant, where they collaborated with project teams to deliver quality solutions for clients. Lauren then progressed to the role of Consultant and focused on building and maintaining strong client relationships.

From 2018 to 2020, Lauren worked at AHEAD, first as a Project Manager and then as a Senior Project Manager. During this time, they managed various projects and ensured their successful completion.

In 2020, Lauren joined Dispatch as a Product Owner and was responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of product features.

Following that, Lauren worked at Acorio from 2021 to 2022, first as a Senior Engagement Manager and then as a Program Manager. In these roles, they managed programs and engaged with clients to ensure their satisfaction.

Most recently, Lauren joined Servos in 2023 as the Client Services Lead, where they utilize their skills and experience to provide effective solutions to clients.

Throughout their career, Lauren has demonstrated expertise in project management and customer satisfaction. Lauren holds certifications as a CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) and PMI-ACP (Project Management Institute - Agile Certified Practitioner).

Lauren Sparks, CSM, PMI-ACP, holds a Bachelor's of Science (B.S.) degree in Biochemistry from Hamline University, which they obtained between 2010 and 2015. In addition, they have earned the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from the Scrum Alliance in August 2018, and the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2021.
