Kathy Dilmore

Kathy Dilmore, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Starting in 1999, they worked at First Heritage Federal Credit Union as the VP of Marketing for almost two decades, until November 2017. In 2018, they joined ServU Federal Credit Union, where they took on various HR roles, including Business Development Specialist, Human Resources Specialist, and AVP of Human Resources. Currently, Kathy holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at ServU Federal Credit Union, a role they have held since November 2023.

Kathy Dilmore, SHRM-CP, received their certification from the Society for Human Resource Management in 2022. Kathy holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Business Administration from Alfred University, which they completed from 1998 to 2001. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from Nazareth University, which they earned from 1990 to 1994.
