Melanie Lee

Melanie Lee has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Melanie began their career as a Licensed Financial Advisor at TD in 1998 and worked there until 2001. Melanie then joined Ford Credit Canada as a Collections Agent from 2001 to 2004. Following that, they worked at Wells Fargo as a Senior Credit Analyst from 2004 to 2005. Melanie's longest tenure was at Servus Credit Union, where they held various roles from 2005 to the present. Melanie started as a Senior Analyst and later became a Sales Coach and Trainer. From 2013 to 2020, they served as a Program Manager and Senior Project Manager, overseeing the delivery of new product lines and managing software projects. In 2021, they became the Senior Manager of Payment Products, and in 2022, they were promoted to Director, responsible for Card Growth and Product.

Melanie Lee holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta. Melanie also has a Master of Business Administration degree in Honors from Boston University. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation from the Project Management Institute, the Certified SAFe 5 Agilist certification from Scale Agile Inc, and the Agile Project Management Certificate from World Class Productivity. Furthermore, they hold a Certificate in Adult Continuing Education with Honors from the University of Alberta and a Project Leadership Certificate from NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology). Melanie Lee has received the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in August 2020 from the Project Management Institute.
