Charming Su

Charming Su has extensive experience in the technology and industrial sectors. They started their career in 2006 at Chi Lin Technology, where they played a key role in establishing the industrial display business division and PilotTV media company. In 2008, they became the Vice President of Information Technology at Pilot TV Limited, a subsidiary of Chi Lin Technology.

In 2011, Charming joined Pervasive Displays, Inc. (PDi), a leading design house for IoT/IIoT ultra-low power displays. They were instrumental in the company's growth and eventually became the VP of business development and IIoT applications. PDi was later merged by SES-imagotag in 2016.

At SES-imagotag, Charming held several positions, including VP APAC/R&D, Operations & Industrial. They contributed to the company's success as the world's largest market share and solution provider of electronic shelf labels.

In 2023, Charming joined PDi Digital GmbH as the Head of APAC Business Operations. PDi Digital specializes in technology platforms and smart industrial label solutions for digitization in the manufacturing, industrial, and logistics spaces. They are a global market leader for industrial IoT displays.

Charming Su earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) from National Sun Yat-Sen University in 2002. From 2003 to 2005, Charming Su pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Information Technology Project Management from the same university.
