Jilene Garmel

Jilene Garmel is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in customer service and accounting. Since June 2021, Jilene has been a Senior Customer Service Representative at SES Risk Solutions, providing comprehensive support for insurance policy accounts. Prior experience includes roles as a Divisional Accountant at SES Risk Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed managing accounts receivable and payable procedures, and as an Accounting Coordinator at Hotel Irvine, focusing on invoice processing and vendor management. Jilene has also contributed as an Executive Board Member at CSUF Leadership Scholars and served as an Administrative Police Cadet with the City of Anaheim, where support was provided to emergency services.
