Matthew Toney

Matthew Toney is an experienced operations executive with a robust background in program management and leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations Excellence at SES Space & Defense since August 2022, Toney previously held senior roles including Senior Director at Leonardo DRS from September 2013 to August 2022 and Vice President of Program Management at SES Government Solutions from March 2004 to September 2013. Earlier in the career, Toney worked as a Project Manager at Electronic Data Systems from February 1998 to March 2004 and served as an Electronics Technician in the US Navy from February 1988 to January 1998.
