Ann Roberson

Ann Roberson currently serves as Vice President of Operations for the Fulfillment Center of Excellence at Wolters Kluwer, where oversight is provided for a team of 520 members who facilitate compliance-related requests for clients. With extensive experience in operations, Ann has held various leadership roles at Wolters Kluwer, including Senior Director, where the management of external service providers contributed to industry-leading performance metrics, and Director of Operations, focused on transforming the Fulfillment Center through process improvements. Ann's earlier experience includes the role of Operations Manager at the Ohio Secretary of State, where responsibilities involved leading UCC lien teams and providing consultation on state filing procedures. Ann Roberson holds education credentials from the University of Phoenix.
