Milan Nikolic

Milan Nikolic has an extensive work experience in the field of engineering and facilities management. Milan is currently working as the Deputy Head of FM at SES Spar European Shopping Centers since January 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Engineering at InterContinental Ljubljana from October 2017 to September 2021. Before that, they worked at Radisson Blu Old Mill Hotel, Belgrade as both the Chief Engineer (from September 2015 to September 2017) and the Engineering Coordinator (from October 2014 to September 2015). Milan has also gained valuable experience as an Intern at Nestle S.A. from March 2014 to June 2014 and as an Engineering Trainee at Hyatt Regency from April 2013 to August 2013.

Milan Nikolic completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Process Engineering and Environmental Protection, at the University of Belgrade from 2009 to 2012. Milan then pursued their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a focus on Process Engineering and Environmental Protection, at the same university from 2012 to 2014.

In 2016, Milan Nikolic attended Hotelschool The Hague for an Engineering Operations Course.

In terms of additional certifications, Milan Nikolic obtained the "Manage Lead Succeed (MLS)" certification from the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group in April 2016. Milan also became a certified trainer for OJS (Open Journal Systems) and obtained the "Responsible Business Hotel Trainer" certification from the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group in March 2016 and June 2017, respectively.
